REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Our commitment

We want you to be completely happy with your Brontë Woods purchase. Every item is handcrafted from authenticated provenance wood and made to the highest standard. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right please contact us at admin@brontewoods.com within 14 days of receipt.

Returning an item

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at admin@brontewoods.com within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

Bespoke and personalised items

Please note that bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
